What is Golf Fitness Screening?
Dr. Anders, a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor will take you through a series of tests to determine if you have physical limitations that can affect your golf swing. The tests will check you for balance, stability, mobility and flexibility, and will include recommendations and findings.
What is the Golf Specific Fitness Program?
A golf fitness screening will be performed by Dr. Anders and a detailed exercise program will be given for you to take home or on the road. This includes an emailed video on exercise programs that map out your scheduled workout dates. Also included is access to golf articles through Titleist Performance Institute, on MyTPI.com.
- 45 minutes - 1 hour: $250.00
Golf Specific Fitness Training Policies
- Adequate cancellation notice is 24 hours to reschedule appointments without charge.
- There is a $50 fee on next visit without adequate cancellation.
- In order to reserve an appointment, all are prepaid at time of scheduling.
- Fees and payments are non-refundable.
- Sessions and packages expire in 90 days
