Massage Therapy

Our licensed massage therapists are trained in both acute and chronic conditions. The LMT will implement both deep tissue and Swedish massage styles that include effleurage, tapponment, and kneading that is beneficial for decreasing muscle spasms, increasing circulation, and decreasing recovery time from sports injuries.
